Melting Pro (MeP) is an organisation founded in 2011 by seven women to combine their vast experience in the field of cultural management and with a shared vision: a more cohesive society and increased wellbeing for people through participation in culture and the arts.What defines us is our collaborative approach: the value of exchanging ideas and experiences is at the core of all our interventions.We support organisations and individuals working in the cultural and creative sector, empowering them to gain more social relevance and to up-skill their professional profiles.We operate at local, national and European level to promote projects and partnerships in the fields of: audience development, organizational growth, new forms of engagement in the arts, creative development of communities and territories, formal and non-formal learning to acquire leadership, strategic, networking skills.
